We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely free from error. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.

• Product colours and finishes may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen due to photography conditions and screen calibration. This is not considered a defect.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the Orvieon website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
• We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
• Freight costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
• Where a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund or contact you to discuss the correct pricing before proceeding.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on orvieon.com.au constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed, and a contract formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to, payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

6. Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping, Delivery & Returns page for full details of our delivery timeframes, conditions, and policies. The following key points apply:

• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
• It is your responsibility to ensure adequate and safe access is available at your delivery address.
• If you are unavailable to accept delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Orvieon does not accept returns for change of mind.
• Returns are accepted for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
• Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Special-order and pre-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

8. Warranties

All products sold by Orvieon are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. In addition, and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded. These include guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

Warranty does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Damage caused by exposure to incompatible chemicals, extreme conditions, or external factors beyond normal domestic use.
• Minor variations in colour, finish, or natural material characteristics that do not affect functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvieon’ s liability to you in connection with any product or order is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Product Care & Installation

Orvieon products are designed for domestic and commercial use in accordance with the specifications provided. We recommend professional installation by a licensed plumber for all tapware, shower, and sanitary products. Orvieon accepts no liability for damage, performance issues, or voided warranties resulting from improper installation.

Care and maintenance instructions are provided on individual product pages or available from our team on request. Following these instructions is important to maintain finish quality and warranty validity.

11. Product Images & Descriptions

• Product photography is for illustrative purposes. Items shown with styling accessories, furniture, or companion products may not be included in the purchase unless specifically stated.
• Finish representations on screen may vary due to photography conditions and individual screen settings. We recommend visiting our showroom or requesting a finish sample where finish accuracy is critical to your project.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order or using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
